window ledge by *PlatypusGreen uses some absolutely spectacular colours and tones to produce an amazingly well composed piece of art. It has a cold feel to it, while still managing to remain true to the subject and form. This is defiantly well worth a look (Suggested by `neom and Featured by ~randomcasualty)

Extremely well done shading, especially her face. And her dark hair with white lock of hairs fits nicelly. She's somewhat mystic. I can't really tell if something is troubling her in her mind while thinking. Or if she's just sleeping away. Really a harmonic capture, as Phantomofnyc said, made me warm :-)

I like to think she's remenising on some quite happy memory. But because she realises it's the past she's slightly upset, this creates a semi troubled state as it were. Had no intended mood when i started it, kinda made it up as i went along. I kinda like this one too.

Wow, this is definitely amazing work. There's just something so serene about the piece, yet it provides an undertone of anxiety with the darker colors surrounding her. Beautiful.
